For fans who want to watch the action online, OlympiaTV is providing the official 2026 Olympia livestream, including Saturday’s prejudging, EXPO coverage and Saturday Finals.
Whether you are following Men’s Physique, Fitness, Bikini, Wheelchair Olympia, Fit Model Olympia, or the headline Mr. Olympia competition, Saturday provides a full day of Olympia coverage.

The official Olympia schedule lists the Saturday morning prejudging at 9:30 a.m., EXPO coverage at 10:00 a.m., and the Saturday Finals at 7:00 p.m. The Finals pre-show begins at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday Morning Prejudging — 9:30 AM
The first major livestream session on Saturday is the Olympia Morning Prejudging, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time from the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The Saturday morning session features:
- Men’s Physique Olympia
- Fitness Olympia
- Bikini Olympia
- Wheelchair Olympia Prejudging & Finals
- Fit Model Olympia Prejudging & Finals
This session is particularly important because it gives viewers the opportunity to see the athletes being assessed by the judges before the evening finals.
The Fit Model Olympia is also part of the 2026 schedule, adding another division to an already extensive Olympia weekend.
For fans outside the United States, the Las Vegas start time means the event takes place later in the day or evening depending on your location.
For example, 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time is 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time, 5:30 p.m. UK time and 4:30 p.m. UTC.
Saturday Olympia EXPO Coverage — 10:00 AM
The Olympia isn’t only about the competitions inside the arena.
The Olympia EXPO is one of the biggest parts of the weekend, bringing together bodybuilding fans, athletes, fitness brands, industry professionals and special guests.
Official Saturday EXPO coverage begins at approximately 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time from the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The EXPO coverage gives online viewers a different perspective from the competition stream.
Instead of watching only judging and posing, viewers can experience the atmosphere surrounding Olympia Weekend, including booths, demonstrations, interviews, athletes and other fitness-related programming.
The official OlympiaTV coverage has also highlighted original EXPO programming and interactions with athletes, celebrities and fitness industry professionals.
For fans who want the complete Saturday experience, the EXPO stream is worth watching between the morning prejudging and evening finals.
How to Watch Mr. Olympia 2026 Saturday Finals Live
The biggest event of Saturday is the 2026 Olympia Saturday Finals.
The official Finals take place at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, with the pre-show beginning at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time and the main Finals starting at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
The Saturday Finals feature:
- Fitness Olympia
- Men’s Physique Olympia
- Bikini Olympia
- Mr. Olympia
The headline of the evening is, of course, the Mr. Olympia Finals.
This is the session bodybuilding fans around the world will be watching as the Men’s Open competitors return to the stage for the final presentation and the crowning of the 2026 Mr. Olympia champion.
Saturday Finals International Times
If you are watching from outside Las Vegas, the time-zone difference is important.
The 7:00 p.m. Pacific start converts approximately to:
- 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- 3:00 a.m. UK time on Sunday
- 2:00 a.m. UTC on Sunday
- 7:00 a.m. Bangladesh Standard Time on Sunday
The exact timing of the Mr. Olympia segment within the overall Finals broadcast can vary because several divisions are scheduled during the same evening.
Therefore, viewers who specifically want the Mr. Olympia title decision should join the official stream before the 7:00 p.m. Pacific start rather than waiting for a precise stage time.
What Is the Best Way to Watch the 2026 Mr. Olympia Live?
For viewers watching online, the official OlympiaTV livestream is the primary source for the 2026 Olympia digital coverage.
The official 2026 livestream includes the major Olympia sessions, including Friday and Saturday prejudging and Finals, EXPO programming, the press conference, athlete check-ins, Amateur Olympia coverage and the Sunday Champions Seminar.
OlympiaTV’s 2026 event page separates the weekend into individual livestream sessions, making it easier to select the specific broadcast you want to watch.
For Saturday, viewers can look for the following sessions:
Sat Morn Prejudging — 2026 Olympia
This is the 9:30 a.m. Saturday prejudging broadcast from the Olympia EXPO at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Sat EXPO Coverage — 2026 Olympia
This provides live coverage from the Olympia EXPO, beginning around 10:00 a.m.
Saturday Finals — 2026 Olympia
This is the evening broadcast from Orleans Arena, beginning with the official pre-show at 6:30 p.m. and the Finals at 7:00 p.m.
Mr. Olympia 2026 Saturday Livestream: What to Watch
If you don’t have time to watch the entire Saturday broadcast, there are three key windows to prioritize.
1. Saturday Morning Prejudging
Start at 9:30 a.m. Pacific for the morning competition.
This session includes Men’s Physique, Fitness and Bikini, as well as the Wheelchair and Fit Model divisions.
2. Saturday EXPO Coverage
The EXPO coverage begins at approximately 10:00 a.m. Pacific.
This is the part of the day focused on the broader Olympia experience, including the fitness industry, athlete appearances, interviews and EXPO activities.
3. Saturday Night Finals
The most important session for Men’s Open fans starts with the 6:30 p.m. Pacific pre-show, followed by the 7:00 p.m. Saturday Finals.
The evening concludes with the Mr. Olympia Finals, making this the key broadcast for fans waiting to see who will claim the 2026 title.
Friday vs. Saturday: Which Mr. Olympia Stream Matters?
One important detail can prevent confusion.
Mr. Olympia prejudging is not part of Saturday morning’s prejudging session.
According to the official schedule, the Men’s Open Mr. Olympia prejudging takes place during the Friday evening Finals broadcast, which begins at 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 25.
Saturday is when the Men’s Open returns for the Mr. Olympia Finals.
That means fans following the Men’s Open competition should ideally watch both sessions:
Friday evening: Mr. Olympia prejudging
Saturday evening: Mr. Olympia Finals
Watching both gives viewers the complete picture of the Men’s Open competition rather than only the final presentation.
Where Is the 2026 Mr. Olympia Being Held?
The 2026 Olympia uses multiple venues across Las Vegas.
The daytime EXPO and prejudging sessions are held at the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, while the Friday and Saturday evening Finals are held at Orleans Arena.
The broader Olympia Weekend also includes events at Palms Casino Resort, including the press conference and other official activities.
